Have you ever wondered what humans did for medicine before the convenience of the local pharmacy? Trisha invites you into the enchanted world of backyard trees and how they can support the systems of the body with their medicine. Learn ways of identifying medicinal trees and using them in your everyday life.

After careers in social work, photography, and motherhood, Trisha Brown Leweke spent 16 years as a massage therapist, exploring the world of ancient, traditional healing. Join Trisha as she talks about exploring the plants and trees on her property to work with their medicine. Trisha is the owner of Mother Bear Medicinals, where she makes plant medicines and gifts that she sells at markets around Virginia. Trisha is also the founder of Mother Bear Herbal Apprenticeship: A 10-month Journey of Plant and Stone. Visit Motherbeararts.com for more details.
