This is your opportunity to learn more about those guilty pleasures that help us cope, relax and enjoy life. Amanda Atwell of Aristocat Cafe will tell us all about tea, its health benefits, traditions and history. You will learn how to brew the perfect cup and be introduced to the various types and blends. During week 2, enjoy Matt Sibley, as he shares his story of being inspired by Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory to learning how to toast cacao nibs, temper chocolate, form into bars or transfer into a warm, comforting drink. The Owners of Drifters Cafe will share the origins of coffee and the varieties and ways of brewing. Lastly Steve Eiserman will educate you on the types of whiskeys.

Amanda Atwell, the owner of Aristocat Cafe, has been a chef for 12 years with a focus on teas and French food.

Owners of Drifters Café, Lexy and Lukas, began with converting a trailer into a mobile café and they haven’t looked back.
