Description

To enroll your child(ren), you must create an account for yourself first and then, your child.

Click on Enroll Someone Else to start the registration process. (Parents may enter their email address for their child.)


If you previously created an account and have forgotten your password, after you click ENROLL, select Forgot/Don't Know.

Enrollment and Payment Information

*Enrollment is not finalized until payment is received.

--To pay by credit card (AMEX, MasterCard, Visa and Discover)--

Choose Pay by Credit Card at checkout. You will be redirected to the credit card payment processor after clicking submit. Please have your credit card ready. Once payment is successfully completed, you will receive a payment receipt and a registration confirmation by email. There is a $5 credit card processing fee assessed at the time of payment. Credit cards can only be accepted online.

--To pay by check or pay by credit card at a later date--

Choose Submit Invoice at checkout. Payment is due no later than one week prior to the program start date. Check payments should be postmarked on or before Friday, December 15th to ensure timely receipt due to the holiday break.

Note: You will not actually be invoiced. For more information regarding how to make payment after initial registration, refer to the enrollment confirmation email attachment. Check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive the confirmation email. Add outreach@jmu.edu to your safe senders list.

Withdrawal/Refund Policy:You may cancel your registration one week prior to the program start date, and receive a full refund (minus any credit card processing fees.) After that date, no refunds will be given. Cancellation request must be received by email at heatwoml@jmu.edu.
