Payment Information

Online: Credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) can only be accepted through online registration.

By Mail: Download, complete and print the Youth Program Registration Form and mail with check* payment to:

*A $50 fee will be assessed for any check returned by the bank.

**Registration is not final until registration form and payment are received. Spaces may fill prior to receiving mailed registrations therefore, space is not guaranteed for mailed in registrations. The quickest way to finalize your registration is to submit the registration and payment online.

Withdrawal/Refund Policy: You may cancel your registration up to one week prior to the program start date and receive a full refund (less any credit card convenience fees, if applicable). After that date, no refunds will be given. Email heatwoml@jmu.edu to request cancellation.
