The Innovative Leadership Training Program is a professional development opportunity for graduates to develop their leadership skills for career advancement and for current leaders and managers to consolidate and hone their leadership experience. The program prepares participants to understand their vision, values and strengths as a leader to engage in innovative leadership in addressing challenges in their organizations and evolving contexts. This is a very valuable program for working professionals ready for promotion.

Live, online sessions meet Tuesday evenings from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time. You will receive an orientation email approx one week prior to class start date.
