This course is designed for all professionals - not just those with "project manager" in their title. The 12-hour course is highly interactive - no death by PowerPoint! Team-based exercises center around the case study of a young couple building a house and planning a wedding.

Taught 100% online, participants work together using Miro, a collaboration tool for virtual teams, gaining experience through hands-on activites.

Participants who complete a 30-question quiz (all questions are covered in class!) and submit an applied reflection statement earn a professional development certificate from JMU.
