Dr. Keston Fulcher is the Improvement Strategist at the Center for Assessment and Research Studies at James Madison University (JMU) where he previously served as Executive Director. His major responsibility is helping other institutions with their assessment and improvement needs. Dr. Fulcher's research focuses on structuring higher education to better demonstrate learning improvement.
