Look What's Cooking in My Kitchen

Discover how easy it is to prepare vegetarian foods that taste delicious, look delicious, and are healthy for you. We will focus on a variety of easy, time-tested, recipes from the instructor's personal cookbook. You will be introduced to a sampling of techniques that will enable you to cook simply, using interesting spices, colorful vegetable combinations, fruits, and grains.

Additional Fees: $20 payable to the instructor at first class.

Instructor: LLI member Jayne Rynar has been a vegetarian for almost 36 years. Since moving to the Shenandoah Valley she has enjoyed the abundance of garden fresh, organically grown produce. She began experimenting using vegetables and spices that she had never used before to create her own "family-rated cookbook." It all ties in with her philosophy and lifestyle of being green, being healthy, and eating simply. Jayne lives in an animal friendly home; those with allergies should take note.


Payment Information: Payment is due at time of registration and must be made by credit card (AMEX, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.) There is a $5 credit card convenience fee assessed at the time of payment. You will be redirected to the payment web site after clicking submit. Please have your credit card ready. Once payment is successfully completed, you will receive a payment receipt and a registration confirmation by email.

Withdrawal/Refund Policy: You may cancel your registration up to one week before the class start date, and receive a full refund (minus any credit card processing fees.) After that date, no refunds will be given.
