B6 Short Form Fiction

Description: Students will have weekly writing assignments and be encouraged to constructively critique each other's compositions.

Instructor: Martha Woodroof has written for NPR, Marketplace, and the Virginia Foundation for Humanities. Her essays have been published in the NY Times, the Washington Post, and the San Francisco Chronicle. She has published two books, one non-fiction and more recently a novel. She has also been a popular writing instructor at local colleges as well as at JMU's Lifelong Learning Institute.

This course is limited to 8 participants.

Withdrawal/Refund Policy: You may cancel your registration up to one week before the class start date, and receive a full refund (minus any credit card processing fees.) After that date, no refunds will be given.
