F18B19 Very Merry Baking - A "Pop Up" Class
This holiday baking and candy making class is based on the "Test Kitchen" model. Techniques and tips will cover many different pastries and candy confections. Students will have hands-on baking experiences and will be taught how to creatively package their finished products at the end of class. Everyone will receive handouts with recipes, tips, and techniques.
Instructor: LLI member Jan Leach loves to bake and has attended cooking schools in California, Montana, and Virginia.
Additional Fee: $7.50 for supplies payable to instructor the first day of class.
