F18B20 Very Merry Baking - A "Pop Up" Class
This is a repeat presentation of the class held on December 3 & 7 with identical content. Please do not sign up for this class if you took the class December 3 or 7.This holiday baking and candy making class is based on the "Test Kitchen" model. Techniques and tips will cover many different pastries and candy confections. Students will have hands-on baking experiences and will be taught how to creatively package their finished products at the end of class. Everyone will receive handouts with recipes, tips, and techniques.
Instructor: LLI member Jan Leach loves to bake and has attended cooking schools in California, Montana, and Virginia.
Additional Fee: $7.50 for supplies payable to instructor the day of class.
