F19A9 The Mediterranean Diet - Cooking Class
The Mediterranean Diet has been named as #1 for 2018! Few of us know how to replicate this authentic, healthy diet and incorporate into our daily lives. It is time to inspire the cooking divas within us all. Participants will learn to prepare a variety of tasty treats from the Mediterranean, including making your own yogurt and kefir, cooking with grains, and how to incorporate more fish in our diets.
Instructor: Claudia Hanna has been teaching Mediterranean cooking classes through the LLI for the last three years. She also leads tours to Cyprus, which she called home for many years. Her classes are fun, informative, and paticipatory.
Additional Fee: $12 paid to the instructor on the first day of class to cover food supplies.
