Holiday Centerpiece Using Your Own Vessel
*This course has an additional materials fee of $40 payable to the instructor Do you have a wonderful compote or lovely vase sitting in a cupboard gathering dust? A favorite family piece that you'd love to use but haven't been sure how to design an arrangement? In this class, you will design a stunning centerpiece fit for your holiday dining table or any spot that deserves attention using a vessel from your collection. Learn how to use foam-free, sustainable design methods. The Foundation of your centerpiece will be designed with conditioned greenery so that it can be utilized as a Thanksgiving/fall centerpiece and then transitioned to a Christmas/winter centerpiece. Tips on the execution of transition will be included in the instruction. Tamara Gibson owns Tamara's Design, where she creates floral and botanical designs for weddings and events. Whether simplistic or artistically elevated, her tendency is to reflect the natural element. Not only is nature the inspiration behind her designs but also the basis of how she runs her business. Growing her own flowers using sustainable methods and foraging plant material to cut the carbon footprint that using commercially creates, and using sustainably floral design methods are practices she is passionate about and loves sharing with others.Please contact our office regarding availability of this course:
