Tips and Tricks for Using Home Computers and Smart Phones (Microsoft & Android)
Join others in learning how to use your home computer and smartphone with less frustration and more enjoyment. This class will start with an introduction to Microsoft Edge and Android smartphone navigation tips and expand into other related uses of current technologies, based on the needs and desires of the class participants. Course material will be limited to Windows based laptops and Android phones. This will be a hands-on learning experience. Participants will be expected to bring their own laptops and Android phones to class. Lee Anna Farrall is a retired IT analyst and former R.N. who has a passion for learning and sharing knowledge with others. Her 19 years in IT included providing day to day support to clinical staff and leading computer orientation training for new hospital employees. She especially enjoys helping others learn new ways to use technology. She earned her MS Ed degree from JMU with a major in Health Sciences and a minor in adult education.Please contact our office regarding availability of this course:
