Happier: Positive Psychology Practices That Improve Your Life
Since 1980, the field of positive psychology has studied what contributes to human wellbeing and flourishing. Some findings seem obvious, while others are surprisingly counter-intuitive. This program will be highly interactive and applied. Each week your homework will be to try a particular practice, which you will discuss with your classmates in the following class. At the end of the session, you will write your personal action plan. If you wish, you may use online happiness assessments to evaluate the impact of this workshop on you personally and to measure your progress.
