This hands-on baking class will focus on the science and techniques used in classic European pastries and desserts and will prepare students to create elegant Holiday creations. Class will be held at instructor's home. Participants will be provided directions upon enrollment.
NOTE: There is an $8 per person materials fee to be paid to the instructor at the class session.
