U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum

“A living memorial to the Holocaust, the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum inspires citizens and leaders worldwide to confront hatred, prevent genocide, and promote human dignity. Located among our national monuments to freedom on the National Mall, the Museum provides a powerful lesson in the fragility of freedom, the myth of progress, and the need for vigilance in preserving democratic values.” —excerpt taken from Museum website.

Join us as we visit the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum and tour the self-guided Permanent Exhibition, The Holocaust. This exhibit spans three floors and offers a chronological narrative of the Holocaust through historical artifacts, photographs, and film footage. Throughout the exhibition, visitors will also encounter personal objects and eyewitness testimonies of individual survivors. For full information, visit https://www.ushmm.org/information/exhibitions/museum-exhibitions/permanent

Please note that departure and return times are tentative, as timed entry tickets were not available before catalog publication. We anticipate the museum visit to last approximately three hours. After visiting the museum, we will travel to a restaurant for a meal of your selection and expense.
