Spinach Salad with Chopped Pears, Walnuts, Feta Cheese and a Champagne Vinaigrette

Choose one entree

Option 1: Sicilian Chicken, stuffed with spinach, sundried tomatoes and gorgonzola cheese topped with tomato and pesto cream sauce. Served with fresh herb polenta and vegetable medley


Option 2: Portabella Wellington, portabella mushroom cap stuffed with boursin cheese, sautéed spinach and roasted red peppers, topped with mushroom duxelle and wrapped in puff pastry served with garlic mashed potatoes


Option 3: Gluten free and vegetarian (stuffed vegetable)

Payment Information: Payment is due at time of registration and must be made by credit card (AMEX, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.) There is a $5 credit card convenience fee assessed at the time of payment. You will be redirected to the payment web site after clicking submit. Please have your credit card ready. Once payment is successfully completed, you will receive a payment receipt and a registration confirmation by email.

Withdrawal/Refund Policy: You may cancel your registration up to May 9, 2017 and receive a full refund (minus any credit card processing fees.) After that date, no refunds will be given.
