Equally important, tai chi is fun, relaxing and can benefit mental health. This course introduces you to exercises that illustrate important basic principles of tai chi: posture, breathing, relaxed seeing, and focusing energy flow from your center. The class exercises can be done sitting or standing, wearing comfortable clothes and shoes.
