Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on better breathing, posture, flexibility, and coordination. Participants will experience an increase in overall body strength and awareness, as well as relief from aches and pains. Gentle Pilates is a great exercise introduction or review for any student.
Instructor: Holly Van Poots is a Pilates and group fitness instructor at Breathe Pilates & Fitness in Harrisonburg. She is also a registered dietitian nutritionist with a passion for healthy living and has been teaching group fitness for more than 20 years.
