Learn to Paint Watercolor Fruits and Vegetables
This class will learn about the basics of watercolor technique. Students will use watercolors and pen and ink to draw realistic looking vegetables and fruits, the foundation of still life paintings. Students will learn to create shadows, composition, and use of color to create a pleasing painting.WENDY LAM is a former middle school teacher native to Harrisonburg. She’s been professionally exhibiting at the Co Art Gallery in Staunton and in juried art shows throughout the state for 14 years. She paints animal portraits, landscapes, florals and still life paintings in oil paint. She also enjoys depicting nature in watercolors and pen/ink. She creates images of bees, fall leaves, flowers, fish and insects in great detail. She has enjoyed teaching at LLI for several years.
