Herbs for Everyday Wellbeing

Discover the natural benefits of bioregional and sustainably sourced herbs, and learn to weave them into your food, travel bags, teas and everyday routines. Participants will learn simple at home techniques for preparing and preserving herbs, and when, why and how to use them. In class demonstrations, handouts and take-home creations are included.

Jennifer Tullo is a Registered Herbalist with the American Herbalist Guild and a Natural Lifestyle Designer and Founder of CYANWOOD Natural Lifestyles Center and The Blackberry Herbarium in Harrisonburg. She creates services and products, and leads workshops and trainings, to help connect everyday busy people to the natural world, and design lifestyle practices that are personally and environmentally sustainable. From herbal remedies to recipes made with 100% local ingredients, Jen offers simple and sensible approaches to making lasting and impactful change.
