In this course you will learn about the tropical islands of Indonesia and demonstrate how to use fresh spices and ingredients in Indonesian cooking. Hotiman Ridwan is the founder and former owner/chef of BoBoKo Indonesian café and a home-based French macaroons baker. **This course takes place in an animal-friendly private residence.
