F18A18 Gentle PilatesPilates is a form of exercise that focuses on better breathing, posture, flexibility, and coordination. Participants will experience an increase in overall body strength and awareness, as well as relief from aches and pains. Gentle Pilates is a great exercise introduction or review for any student.
Instructor: Rebekah Budnikas is the owner of Breathe Pilates & Fitness in Harrisonburg. She has been teaching Pilates for over seven years and loves teaching the community that there is a better way to move.
