Fall in for Fun Down on the Farm

Join Nate and Sandy at Polyface Farms in Swoop, Virginia for a fall tour and lecture. We will learn about daily operations and Joel Salatin's personal mantra of sustainability at the farm. Nate will present a lecture on the sustainable method and why it is not only the right thing, but the smart thing to do. We will then proceed to Mike Lund Food in Staunton where he and his staff specialize in meals prepared from locally sourced foods, some of which comes directly from Polyface Farms. Lunch is on your own. You can get an idea of cost and menu choices at www.mikelundfood.com.
