To ensure your registration is successful, you must have cookies enabled in your browser. Do not click the back button or refresh anytime during the registration and payment process.

We accept payment online by credit card (AMEX, MasterCard, Visa and Discover) or you have the option to be billed.

If paying by credit card: If you would like to pay by check, cashier's check or money order, you may click "bill" during the payment step and we will email you an invoice within 2 business days with instructions on how to remit payment. The processing fee will be added to your bill.

**To allow proper time for processing, the option to be billed will close Thursday, October 10, 2013 and payments must be received no later than close of business Monday, October 14, 2013.

The registration deadline for those paying by credit card is Thursday, October 17th.
