Session Description

In high-stakes moments, effective mediators and attorneys don't just manage the room, they manage themselves. This interactive session equips you with tactical mindfulness strategies to stay calm, clear and grounded under pressure. You'll explore accessible techniques for self-regulation, presence and resilience, with resilience-informed and ADA-aligned practices that support neutrality and ethics.

Learning Outcomes

By completing this session, participants will be able to:

  • Apply mindfulness practices to support professional presence and neutrality
  • Use tactical grounding tools to manage stress in high-conflict situations
  • Recognize personal and party cues of dysregulation
  • Integrate short, resilience-informed mindfulness exercises into practice
